I know! It's been like forever since I posted right! Hahahahah!

Anyways, I was out today...

Today was really an awesome day. I really looked forward to this day. I never could've imagined myself doing this. Hahahaha.

So there I was, being early to meet BUT this time, I was a little bit too early. I came one and a half hours too early. So, since I had really a lot of time, and my stomach then was grumbling because I had to release all the food that's been digested, I decided to head to RP since I was in Woodlands. Well, I had a blast blasting the toilet in RP with my ass. Nyahahahahaha.

Then I decided to take the bus opposite of RP to go to Woodlands interchange. By the time, I already spent 1 hour and 15 minutes doing what I also don't know. Didn't expect the bus ride to be that long. I think if I walked, I would've reached Woodlands earlier but WHO CARES?! I'M STILL EARLY!

I seriously think that today was my clumsy day. Had a few clumsy moments ah..

When I reached the MRT station, standard Umar if wait for anybody there, sit down at smoking corner and turn into a dragon. So I did that ah. But today, I really embarrassed myself. When I was about to sit, I FREAKIN' FELL AND HURT MY ARM IN FRONT OF A LOT OF PEOPLE! HOW CLUMSY AND SHAMEFUL WAS THAT??!

Okay after that I turned back into a normal human being.

Okay I know, this is boring.

So, this person was about to reach, so I decided to wait for her somewhere where she can see me when she arrives. And there she was. Dressed so simple yet she looked sooooo great. Wanna know who this person is? Ahhhh... Okay lah I say. That person is Dian. Yes Dian Farhana. Okay well, let's continue the story.

SOOOOOOOOO, the both of us really love coconut pie and we wanted to buy really a lot of them from KFC. Then my confidence stepped in. Went to KFC and asked the cashier.... “CAN I HAVE 8 COCONUT PIES?!?! " and her reply, "Sorry, we don't have coconut pies. " Then she laughed at me. WHAT THE HELL?! WHY NO MORE COCONUT PIE?! If I had known sooner, I would've just shut up and not ask the person. CONFIDENT SAK MINTAK COCONUT PIE BILA DAH TAKDE. MINTAK SATU TAKPE. LAPAN LAGI AKU MINTAK. SELENGE BACHEN. MALU JE AKU KAT KFC.

Okay anyway, I couldn't accept the fact that KFC wasn't selling those pies anymore.

So we took the bus to Parkway Parade and went to KFC there. WAH NO COCONUT PIE ALSO! bloody hell. Nevermind. Bought some tarts and meals to bring to East Coast Park to eat! Jyeah!

Okay so bla bla bla we went to the beach, sat down, ate, took some pictures, talked bla bla bla.

Ahh! We wanted to watch the sunset BUT unfortunately, the sun was BLOCKED, i repeat, BLOCKED by the clouds. MENDUNG AH BABE! So we decided ah to go Woodlands waterfront. PATAH BALIK WOODLANDS. Wah Dian very cute lah when she sleeps. Mulut terngah ngah, headbanging. wah wah. What was she dreaming eh? Must've been a really nice dream. Then she slept on my shoulder! Wah. Happy jugak ah ni budak. SIAPA TAK HAPPY? POMPUAN KAU SUKA TIDO KAT SHOULDER KAU?! KALAU KAU TAK HAPPY, AKU TAK TAU APA NAK CAKAP.

Okay, then we reached ah woodlands. Hahahahahahah the funny thing that made us laugh was....

Okay okay, she was sleeping. So she didn't see it ah. But I saw everything. This family - a father, a mother and their son(aged around 5) was sitting diagonally beside me in the bus. So, obviously I will look at them ah.

So this little boy was sitting on his mother's lap and making noises. And guess what the father did? The father took something out from his pocket and hit the boy and kept the thing.

Guess the thing...

I asked Dian this and she said, "Comb, ruler, etc. etc."

Hahahahaha. None was correct.

The father actually smacked the boy with a........ SENDUK PAKAI UNTUK NASI( you know the giant spoon or scoop used to scoop rice? ah that one ah. ) HAHAHAHA! UNEXPECTED RIGHT??! HAHAHAHAHA

When Dian heard this; she was drinking her standard drink, "green tea" and AHHAHAH! SHE SPIT HER DRINK!! HAHAHAHAHAA! Epic moment ah. Hahahahahahaha! Okay then went to get tissue and stuff...

Then walked towards RP coz we were going to walk all the way to the Woodlands Waterfront from the interchange. As we were crossing the road in front of RP, I saw some familiar figures..... Pesilat-pesilat RP. Okay, I know that was bad news coz I was with Dian. What made it worse was.... they were there. Okay ah so we exchanged handshakes and quickly went off ah... Really felt awkward. From that moment onwards, I saw a change in Dian's mood. I don't think she knows that I know but, I know. Come on, I've known her for quite some time. Since 2009. Now what year is it? 2011. Sigh. I sensed something was wrong. I know she still has feelings for him even if it was a bit. So I decided to act all normal, all cheerful to cheer her up. I tried my best but guess what... i still failed. Sigh. If I didn't suggest going to Woodlands Waterfront, none of that would've happened... It's all my fault. Now she's sad. I just know it... What a change of mood in our night.. It could've been better if we didn't go there. sigh...

It was all fun, exciting, every positive word that you can think of... Till that moment..... It was all my fault..... Sorry.. ):

This question has been running in my head for quite some time...
Should I stay or should I go.
I choose to stay.
Well, I never chose to go in the first place.
Actually I did try. But failed.
Why must I stay?
Simple,
I'm stubborn.
Just like how I'm stubborn to go to school.
Although I'm stubborn, I still want to go to school.
You might think I don't take school seriously and stuff,
but think carefully.
If I didn't take school seriously, I wouldn't have even bothered to wake up in the morning checking my e-mail everyday for mails on modules and such.
I love to be in school studying.
It's just that there're some barriers that are stopping me from going.
One of them is having the problem of waking up.
"Oh, then make an effort to sleep early and wake up early ahh"
That's what most people would say.
You think I'm not making an effort?
I'm not that lazy.
I wanted to start the year by doing well - coming to school on time, doing whatever I'm supposed to do in lessons.
But there are some circumstances that are stopping me.
One example is last Tuesday. I woke up late but I really wanted to study and work hard.( see, I'm making an effort.) So I rushed after I woke up. I was all ready to leave home. Then I had a feeling something was not right. So before leaving home, I switched on my laptop to check my email. It was already 830am. I checked my email and I got this email which said " Report to class at 9am. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you are considered absent because you are interrupting the class during lesson.
Fuck. This email made me fucking pissed.
I couldn't possibly make it to school in half an hour. It takes more than an hour to reach class.
See, it has always been like this. When I want to study, there's always something that will stop me. This week, it happened to me twice already.
Why am I talking about school?
Apparently, people have been asking me questions about how irresponsible I am about school and I just have to throw all of these out.
If you think these are all excuses. Whatever lah eh.
anyway, my life's starting to change now..
I'm not the Umar I used to be.
I used to avoid problems, thinking positively.....
Now, I just can't stand and am sick and tired of how people think I'm too happy and "happy-go-lucky", don't care a single thing about problems.

I know it's been so long since i've posted.
Well, I've been wondering if I were to be a policeman and have to do a report on a suicide case, how would I do it.
Let's start.

"I was relaxing in the police station and suddenly my superior asked me to attend a suicide case.
So I drove to the place using the very cool police car.
After that, I saw a guy trying to commit suicide.
So I took the lift and went to him.
I asked him to calm down and get down from there.
And to my surprise, he did.

Tiring day

Hi all!

Today was a very tiring day....
Ok let's start.

Woke up in the morning to play soccer with SMRT FC!
then we had no ball, in the end. only played 1 game with another team then went off.
I went off to boon lay to meet ilah and yan to go to Bantus academy for its 5th year anniversary.
Wah we took 174. punye lame. 1 hours 5 minutes.
But still, considered quite fast.
Then had fun playing roda, games all that.
Had to do forfeits and stuff.
When it was time to go home, something kecoh happened.
We went off first, thinking the rest would lepak.
Then in the end, we waited 45 minutes for them and then they said they were not going to lepak.
So we got angry and went off ah to take the bus 190 to bukit panjang then take 187 home.
Then punye unlucky, at the bukit panjang exit, got accident.
Bus driver pon stupid never go take the long way.
So the bus was at the exit for 20 minutes THEN the bus driver drove to woodlands then back to bukit panjang.
By then it was already going towards 1am.
No more 187.
Then ilah yan and I had to contact Wee to borrow money from him so yan and I can take a cab home.
then we cabbed home ah.
From ilah's place to yan's place, 6$.
From yan's place to my place, $4.
then got additional 5 bucks to pay.
So the total was $15.
then went home ah. reached home 1.20

And now I'm friggin tired.

Yeah yesterday was a great day!!
Had fun in the morning - afternoon with fafa.:D:D:D
Had fun in the afternoon - night will yan, haiqal, faris, mahzuz, izhan.

I went to teman fafa :D:D to collect her IC, then go makan all.
So, i asked her to give me her ezlink, easier and safer to keep.
Then when want to meet yan already, i forgot to give her back her ez link.
Then i was already in the bus from khatib to Changi airport.
So how?
I decided to give it back to her at night.
Then my battery went flat.
So i used Mahzuz's phone to text message her ah, asking her come down at bla bla bla.
Then i wait, wah wait so long.
I don't mind waiting but I have to catch the bus home.
I wasn't angry with her or anything. It's just my fault for not buying new batts for my phone.
So, after some time, I decided I had to leave.
Just when I left, she told me she just woke up.
But I only received her text message when I got home and recharged my phone.

Ntahlah. This phone batt very useless.
Full batt = less than 12 hours.

Every time you want a cigarette, do the following. Do it three times.

§ Inhale the deepest lung-full of air you can, and then, very slowly, exhale. Purse your lips so that the air must come out slowly. As you exhale, close your eyes, and let your chin gradually sink over onto your chest. Visualize all the tension leaving your body, slowly draining out of your fingers and toes, just flowing on out.

§ This is a variation of a yoga technique and is very relaxing. If you practice this, you'll be able to use it for any future stressful situation you find yourself in. And it will be your greatest weapon during the strong cravings sure to assault you over the first few days.

2. Taking in fluids:
The first few days, drink LOTS of water and fluids to help flush out the nicotine and other poisons from your body. Remember that the urge to smoke only lasts a few minutes, and will then pass. The urges gradually become farther and farther apart as the days go by.

3. Stay away from alcohol, sugar and coffee
Do your very best to stay away from alcohol, sugar and coffee the first week or longer, as these tend to stimulate the desire for a cigarette. Avoid fatty foods, as your metabolism will slow down a bit without the nicotine, and you may gain weight even if you eat the same amount as before quitting. So discipline about diet is extra important now. No one ever said acquiring new habits would be easy!
Nibble on low calorie foods like celery, apples and carrots. Chew gum or suck on cinnamon sticks.
Stretch out your meals; eat slowly and wait a bit between bites.
After dinner, instead of a cigarette, treat yourself to a cup of mint tea or a peppermint candy.

4. Taking an oral substitute
In one study, about 25% of quitters found that an oral substitute was invaluable. Another 25% didn't like the idea at all - they wanted a clean break with cigarettes. The rest weren't certain. One can use cinnamon sticks, chewing gum or artificial cigarettes as a substitute. You will mostly find that after the first week of being a non smoker, you wouldn’t even need these.

5. Minimize cravings by changing your routine.
Sit in a different chair at breakfast or take a different route to work. If you usually have a drink and cigarette after work, change that to a walk. If you're used to a smoke with your morning coffee, switch to tea, or stop at Starbucks for a cup of java -- the chain is smoke-free.

6. Carry some cinnamon-flavored toothpicks with you.
Suck on one whenever a cigarette craving hits.

7. Make an appointment with an acupuncturist.
There is some evidence that auricular acupuncture (i.e., needles in the ears) curbs cigarette cravings quite successfully, says Ather Ali, N.D., a naturopathic physician completing a National Institutes of Health-sponsored postdoctoral research fellowship at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center in Derby, Connecticut. You can even do it yourself by taping "seeds" (small beads) onto the acupuncture points and squeezing them whenever cravings arise.

8. Find a healthy snack food you can keep with you
and use in place of cigarettes to quench that urge for oral gratification. For instance, try pistachio nuts, sunflower seeds, sugarless lollipops or gum, carrot or celery sticks. The last ones are best if you are concerned about weight gain.

9. Get exercising.
Go to a gym, sit in the steam, exercise. Change your normal routine - take time to walk or even jog around the block or in the local park.

10. Switch to a cup of herbal tea
whenever you usually have a cigarette. That might be at breakfast, midmorning, or after meals. The act of brewing the tea and slowly sipping it as it cools will provide the same stress relief as a hit of nicotine.

11. Switch your cigarette habit for a nut habit
-- four nuts in their shell for every cigarette you want to smoke. This way, you're using your hands and your mouth, getting the same physical and oral sensations you get from smoking.

12. Pamper yourself.
Go ahead and join a yoga class or maybe reiki – they're great! Get a one hour massage, take a long bath - pamper yourself. Get yourself involved in a hobby.

13. Light incense or a candle instead of a cigarette.

14. Keep other things around instead of cigarettes.
Try carrots, pickles, sunflower seeds, apples, celery, raisins, or sugarfree gum.

15. Wash your hands or the dishes when you want a cigarette very badly. Or take a shower.

16. Change scene
Where you are and what is going on can make you crave a cigarette. A change of scene can really help. Go outside, or go to a different room. You can also try changing what you are doing.

The new batch of students came for their first Capoeira training last week and fooo, were there a lot of them. Like wow. Anyway, I can spot a lot them with potential. Good eh.

I don't know why but, now during trainings, I get breathless easily. Even simple exercises makes me breathless..

Maybe It's because I'm still recovering from my sickness..? I don't know.

Maybe ah..... Because, when I do all those upside down movements, I feel like my hingus going to come out of my nose. Really, wah. Unpleasant feeling.

Okay so this was what I wrote.

So I waited for his reply and this was what I got after a few days.

First of all, I did not pick on you. I do pay more attention to you because I strongly feel that you have potential to perform better and get better grade. Your first year grades showed that you were not doing very well and lack of consistency.

When you said that everyone did very well, you were either in self-denial or you just wanted to argue for sake of argument. The class ended late. Many more learning could be covered but missed. You had been late for class 3 out of 4 problems. You did not do the quiz, evaluations and RJ consistently. I just cannot agree with you that everyone did very well.

For today lesson, you needed to practise more on belaying technique and tying of fig of 8 knot. Prove to me that you can do better.

I observed that you put in effort to prepare your presentation. However, you have to summarize and highlight those more important and relevant points during presentation. Given the short time for presentation, do you need to go into minor details ls of shoes design? As I had told you before, it will be a pity if the outcome of the presentation does not reflect the effort you put into preparing it.

One last thing, do not wear slippers in School.

Okay, so we reached Tampines.....

New beginning for a new friend!

Today, my friends( Din, Zahid, Anip, Huzaimie) and I did a very good deed.

Just now at around 10.45pm at night at neraka,

While chatting, we saw our gangster cat, Comot running around.

We thought it was just being hyper like some people.

Turns out, we saw something in its mouth.

Some of us guessed it was a tissue paper. Some guessed rat or hamster. Well, I guessed it was a rat.

Actually, it was a hamster!!!

COMOT CAUGHT A HAMSTER!!!!

We thought that the hamster was already dead so we left comot to play with it.

BUT, the hamster suddenly got out of comot's mouth and ran away. But, it wasn't fast enough.

10 Steps for a hamster is just around 2 steps for a cat.

Poor little hamster had no chance of running away.

All of us went crazy as we thought comot was very cruel pounding the hamster and stuff.

We were shouting like some crazy people.

Comot caught it again and ran away to a patch of grass. We chased him and got the hamster to safety.

Luckily, Din just bought a mouse for his laptop.

so, he used the mouse's container to act as a home for the little hamster. We kept it safe from Comot and the hamster's really cute dok!!!

After that we decided to name the little cute hamster, "HAMTARO" after recalling how fun that show was to watch when channel i still existed.

Soon after, we played with hamtaro...letting it loose.

To our surprise, it went back to the container after it was tired of walking. Awww. It found a new home.

So, Din decided to bring hamtaro home. But how? Din has 2 cats in his house! Wouldn't that be worse?? Haha. After some consideration, we decided to leave hamtaro to Din.

Time to leave.

Before that, we went to PRIME supermarket to buy some stuff. Well, I bought sunflower seeds to eat...They're cheap...$0.50 per packet eh!!!!

Then I tried feeding hamtaro the seeds. It ate the seeds sia!!! aww...

must be damn tired after being bullied by comot.

It ate the seeds really like hamtaro seh!!!!

Before all of us parted, ( Din, Zahid, Anip, and I) I gave a name for us...ART!!

ART means Animal Rescue Team!!!

We are the ANIMAL RESCUE TEAM!!!!!!

Yo, wah. So tired from school. Today was quite a tiring day.

I was bathing this morning when I suddenly felt a small sharp pain on my right shin. Thought just kicked something when I was sleeping. So, I didn't really care. Then, went off to school.everything's fine. THEN JUST MY LUCK! MP3'S BATTERY WENT FLAT. Damn, how am I gonna go home like that???!

Then when i reached class, I was playing with my leg hair as usual when I realised I had a big scratch on my right shin. That was why I felt the pain when I was bathing. But the mystery is, I didn't remember doing anything that could scratch my leg. If small nevermind ah.... SO BIG SOMEMORE! Like something scratched me like that.. From what my friends told me, a Cik Pon scratched my leg during my sleep. It's hard to believe and I also don't want to believe. eee. what a mystery..

Never update my blog yesterday.

Since i already have a blog, might as well just use it right?

Yesterday after school, i went to GekPoh to play BLACKSHOT with din, zahid, syuk!!! WOOOO fun ke pe...wah, now addicted to Blackshot coz of they all ah.. One day never play Blackshot, my life will be so empty. LOL. Macam paham.

After that, went to Din's house to continue playing Blackshot and lepak. haha. His house's so cozy ah. No wonder he always never come to school. Then his kuching so cute. BELANG!! MEOW MEOW! Seriously, when already at his house, AUTO SLEEP siol. Zahid use my laptop happy je.. My laptop good right..? I know. I think so too. Muahahahah!

After that, it was time to go home, but before that, Zahid and I followed Din to Shengsiong coz he wanted to buy some groceries with his brother. Punye kecoh.. After that you know what? His brother invited us to his house to eat! SHIOK! When it comes to food, I will always accept. So, went to his house again. His brother ordered Canadian Pizza! Baek ke pe. WOO SEDAP! After that go home, kena scolding coz i reach home 12am+ lol. And thats the end of Tuesday.

Today, Entrepreneurship. Mampoi. Supposed to wear formal attire but i just wear like how i always wear. Hahaha. Okay. I will cabot class. Library or TRCC?? hmm..Anyway, Today got capo. So, I will reach home late again.

Vandalism On The Rise

As we all know, crime rates in Vic Street are on the rise, and many are complaining to the police about issues such as vandalism, high-rise littering, shop-lifting and robberies. I am reporter Umar, reporting on this problem.

"Currently, vandalism is on the rise here in Vic Street and we have to prevent it from continuing. I don't know why they're vandalising. Maybe it's a new trend but it's still not acceptable," said Corporal Lim.

This is a picture of a void deck being vandalised by some teenagers.

He gave us some tips on how to prevent vandalism from happening. Here are the tips that we can do to prevent them from happening :

You can join the neighbourhood watch to help them catch those little vandals - suspected to be teenagers. The police need your help too. Everything can't be done by them alone. They also have other cases to attend to. So, please assist the men in blue to handle this uprising problem.

When you see a person who's going to vandalise or is already vandalising something, please do not hesitate to dial 999 for the police. Do not take actions into your own hands. It's very dangerous. Who knows they might be armed. Then that's a different case already. Vandalism and possession of arms.

So please be vigilant and look out for these vandals! We will remain updated.
